I want to explain how I got involved in doing videos and writing articles.
I believe in truth. We cannot assume that what we are told is true. So I do open source historical research as well as talk with real people, not media talking heads to get information.
In some cases, people who have worked in the belly of the beast, have a change of heart, see through the narrative they served, and make amends through telling their truth. Even so, we should get our information and form opinions based on multiple perspectives.
In any case, treat major media and even popular alt media with care.
