Here are a few of the warning signals we are getting
Putin’s spokesman, Dimitri Peskov now admits the Ukraine situation is a war. “behind Kyiv stand Berlin, Paris, The Hague, Oslo, and, unfortunately, Washington. Because they are helped to aim through their satellites, they are helped to direct foreign weapons at our targets through their entire infrastructure." (c) Peskov”
Margarita Simonyan, Editor in Chief of RT points out that Russia has not attacked a single European city, yet European and American weapons are being used to attack Russia, along with targeting and logistical support by the West. The West is at war with Russia
Marco Rubio, Secretary of State admits that while the US pretends to be a mediator in the Ukraine conflict, it’s actually on the side of Ukraine.
Earlier, Sergei Lavrov, Foreign Minister of Russia, had said that he felt that negotiations with Rubio showed sincerity. Now, he admits that the US used the Anchorage Summit as a subterfuge. The US is ‘Agreement Incapable’.
President Trump, far from acting ‘presidential’, much less diplomatic, has used extremely hostile language towards Iran, overlooking US/Israel initiating the war of aggression against Iran, and never showing the slightest intention of honoring the Memorandum of Understanding re the Iran war. “Trump Derangement Syndrome” should well refer to Trump himself.
The 25th Amendment was created to relieve the president in the event of failure to carry out the duties of the President. Based on the apparent psychological condition of the President, this option must be explored. The Nuclear Button should not be anywhere near Donald Trump
In Crimea, ongoing attacks make life difficult. Ukrainian efforts with the aid of the US are attempting to cut of Crimea from critical supplies, and these actions are likely to increase given the rising level of tension and apparent desperation of the West in the face of Russia’s battlefield successes in the Donbass and Novorossia
Finland and Latvia are giving the OK to placing nuclear weapons within their borders. This is a replay in reverse of the Cuban Missile Crisis. The US demanded that Russia remove missiles placed so close to the US in Cuba. Yet the US is repeating this threat, in addition to the nuclear weapons in Turkey, Germany, Italy, Netherlands. This indicates a violation of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty.
The European economy depended on cheap Russia energy. Yet, Poland sued Russia to break contracts with stable gas prices. Now, the short term contract prices for gas put Poland in a worse position, yet they blame Russia!
The US maneuvered Germany into giving up cheap Russian gas, and now Germany pays more for US gas, making its industry uncompetitive, and it blames Russia for cutting of its gas
European countries ‘predict’ war with Russia in the coming years and are actively rearming.
England in particular has attacked Russia either directly with invasions in the Crimean War and the post Russian Revolution Civil War. It even planned to use German soldiers to reinvade the Soviet Union after the victory of WWII. And now England is constantly plotting and attacking Russia through its Ukraine proxy. Russia never attacked England yet England constantly harps on the Russian Threat.
On a personal note, the Sevastopol Museum which I visited in a previous visit was attacked using direct help of the British, who resent their loss in the Crimean War. “According to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, the high-profile attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Sevastopol Defense Museum in June this year was meticulously planned by British special services. The agency emphasizes that the Ukrainian military prepared and launched drones, but were unaware of the true purpose. The flight tasks were loaded into the weapons systems by British "advisors" operating under cover.
For London, the museum is a "historic trigger" - a reminder of the Crimean War and the colossal losses of the British elite. The burning of the panorama, according to the intelligence service, was an act of destroying the evidence of the heroism of the Russian soldier for Albion.”
These are just some of the indicators pointing towards a real, out of control hot war with Russia. The West has an obsession with Russia due to Russia’s large resource base which it covets, its anger over Russia’s refusal to bow down to Western ‘superiority’, its anti imperialist support of countries trying to free themselves from Western domination.
And the West just might die trying to bring down Russia, along with the rest of the world.
