America Meets Its Own Stalingrad in Kursk

Why Kursk Is So Important to the People of Russia

The Scene: A Replay of Eighty Years Ago

Correction: The battle of Kursk was in 1943, not 1934.

Imagine this: Your country has been invaded. The entire Western third of your country has been overrun and your cities destroyed, and millions have been killed, many others captured by the enemy to become slaves. After two years, and a major win at Stalingrad, you are ready to move forward to kick out the invaders. But the invaders have other plans. They plan to encircle your army and destroy it, then move in for the final kill.

This is what the Soviet army faced in the area known as Kursk.

When, in 2024 Ukrainian Nazis, funded and equipped by the US, the UK, and other NATO states invaded and carried out atrocities against Russians again, it must have been like a recurring nightmare.

Now, Russia has again, struck back. For the second time, invading armies from the West have been defeated. That is the significance of the battle of Kursk, 2025.

The two films shown above are from a joint, Soviet Union (now Russia)/American project with American actor, Burt Lancaster, narrating.

So, instead of swallowing the narrative you’ve been told endlessly since 2022, and even before, with the decades long psychological warfare waged on you to hate and fear Russia, watch these documentaries and put yourself in their shoes.

The Main Points:

  • Stalingrad was the greatest battle of WWII, possibly in world history, and the Battle of Kursk definitely marked the turning point against German fascists and their European allies, such as Romania, Italy, Hungary, Bulgaria as well as French, Dutch, Swedish and other collaborators

  • The battles of Stalingrad and Kursk were initiated by Germany.

  • Stalingrad saw the first great defeat of the Nazis: They were surrounded, crushed and mostly killed with some taken prisoner

  • Hitler appointed the commander, General von Paulus, to be Field Marshall. He expected von Paulus to commit suicide rather than be taken prisoner, but instead, von Paulus did surrender along with tens of thousands of Germans, most of whom died in captivity.

  • Von Paulus later gave testimony against his colleagues at Nuremberg’s war crimes trials

  • Kursk was another huge battle of ‘The Great Patriotic War’. Hitler expected to encircle and wipe out Soviet forces. But Soviet defenses proved to attrit and weaken the Germans, resulting in Germany being forced to withdraw in defeat.

  • In 2024, when the Nazi regime in Kiev attacked Kursk, it intended to create a defeat for Russian forces, however, eventually, Russia wore the Kiev regime (and NATO) forces down and now, it has put the fascists in another cauldron, reminiscent of Stalingrad. The 2024 German military gloated at first at getting revenge for their defeat in Kursk, 80 years ago. Now, they’re hurting and facing severe, humiliating defeat—AGAIN. The Germans JUST DON’T LEARN!

  • Unlike Hitler, who refused to allow withdrawal from Stalingrad’s cauldron, Trump has disingenuously asked for ‘Mercy for the Mercenaries’. He thinks he can again prevail on Putin’s fundamental sense of morality, so as to allow the West’s toxic snakes to slither back to their safe bases, only to fight again another day.

  • He tried to shame and bully Putin, who had given in to such demands for mercy in February 2014, Minsk I 2014, Minsk II 2015, Istanbul 2022, to give in yet one more time. But Russia’s mercy has run out.

  • No more mercy for mercenaries!

  • No more truces for terrorists!

  • No more kindness for killers!

  • No more clemency for war criminals!

  • Instead, Russia can make use of those who surrender, as von Paulus did, to testify in a new version of Nuremberg War Crimes Trials, pointing the fingers at the heads of the snake, in Washington, London, Paris, Brussels. The willfully blissfully ignorant Western masses need to be shown just how much blood is on your hands, like the Germans post WWII were forced to see.
