Here we are in 2024, and the quadrennial US Presidential fiasco is gaining steam. And let’s be frank: Jill Stein has got the slimmest of chances this year of being elected President. What’s more, if she were elected, she’d have to deal with the “Washington DC Blob”.
So why waste time writing an article about Jill Stein and why she’s the best candidate for 2024?
Bleak US political Situation
Here are a couple of notable quotes I like. The first one is a joke told shortly before WWII broke out in Europe:

An Austrian said, “The situation is hopeless but not serious”. In other words, we cannot AFFORD to give up seeking peace before all hell breaks loose.

The second is by the noted journalist, Chris Hedges, a war correspondent in his early career, shown the door by the NYT for his opposition to the Iraq War of 2003.

1. Jill Stein Is Sane and Reasonable
When you listen to her, she comes off as sane and reasonable. She’s also intelligent and caring, as a trained physician along with her husband and family. She hasn’t been a slumlord like Trump or a Corporate Shill like Biden. Compared with most of the politicians inside the Washington, DC blob, she actually make sense. Compare that with people like Nikki Haley. Haley shows how NOT to make friends and influence people in other countriesl The US vetoes UN Resolutions.

2. Her Position on the War in Ukraine is Based on Fact
In her interview with Kim Iverson, in December 2023, she touched on all the right points
NATO broke its promise not to expand to the East
It has put missiles right on Russia’s borders, just as the US placed in Cuba in 1962. And JFK clearly would have invaded Cuba. So Russia is justifiably threatened
The US has consistently blocked the peace process in Ukraine, and sabotaged Russian’s good faith negotiations (as confirmed by the Israeli mediator, and even the Ukraine negotiator
There has never been credible evidence of Russian interference in US elections. But there is overwhelming evidence of US meddling in Russia, both under Bill Clinton
Jill points out that the US has according to its own Congressional Research Service the Congressional research service “has come up with a number of times that we have sent our troops into other countries in the last 30 years that’s 250….so we have this just madness uh for a foreign policy a foreign policy based on economic and military domination this is not working …..so Ukraine in so many words it solves itself if we will just get out of the way

3. A Just Economy
We need an economy that works for all of us, not just the wealthy and powerful. The bipartisan endless war machine enriches military contractors, lobbyists, and politicians, while it fuels devastation around the world and impoverishes the American people. We must end the endless wars and create a new foreign policy based on diplomacy, international law, and human rights to oppose violence, occupation, and apartheid.
7 Real Democracy to Empower the People
Our democracy is on life support. Belief in our political system is at historic lows and the number of Americans who feel that neither establishment party represents them is at a record high. We need to revive our democracy with a full spectrum of reforms to empower the people, including real choice on the ballot – because without freedom of choice in elections, there is no democracy.
8. Contrary to the typical MSM slander, Jill Is Not Owned by Anyone
She Jewish, and like many courageous Jews in the USA, she understands and supports the Palestinian cause
She has been criticized as a ‘Putin Puppet’ simply because she went to Russia at her own expense, to attend a conference sponsored by the Russian version of the BBC, DW, Australian ABC,–not to mention the notorious CIA PR Voice of America.
She supports American workers and understands the problems of corporations having way too much power
She’s been a consistent advocate for peace and to opposite the overfed Military Industrial Complex
She wants to rebuild the economy using environmentally friendly principles
She openly addresses the crisis in our political system, which is increasingly undemocratic

Jill is Jewish, and like many other courageous Jews in the USA, she understands and supports the Palestinian cause, and rejects Israel’s blatant injustice towards the Palestinian people.
